ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU
Fly from Dhaka to Kathmandu on Himalayan Airlines. Upon arrival, enjoy a warm Nepali welcome with Rudraksha mala and refreshing drinks. Transfer to the hotel, relax, and later visit Thamel and explore the local area and food . Overnight in Kathmandu.
KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, including the ancient Palace of the Kings, the hilltop Stupa of Swayambhunath, and Pashupatinath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The tour also covers Jogeshwari Mata Temple, Boudhanath, Budhanilkantha, and Durbar Square. Overnight stay at the hotel.
KATHMANDU TO NAGARKOT
In the morning, travel to Bhaktapur, also known as Bhadgaon, a part of the Malla regime famous for its well-preserved traditions and culture. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After sightseeing, proceed to Nagarkot, located at an altitude of 2,175 meters above sea level. Nagarkot offers stunning panoramic viewsof the Himalayas, including Dhaulagiri in the west, Kanchenjunga in the east, and more than five of the world’s tallest peaks, such as Lhotse (8,516 m), Cho Oyu (8,201 m), Makalu (8,463 m), Manaslu (8,163 m), and Mount Everest (8,848 m). The breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks during sunset and sunrise are truly awe-inspiring. Enjoy the gorgeous sunset and stay overnight in Nagarkot.
DEPARTURE
Wakeupearly in the morning for sunrise and mountain views over the long Himalayan range, stretching from Ganesh Himal in the west-end to Mt. Everest in the far-east. After breakfast, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back to Dhaka.
